Beeswax has a melting temperature of approximately 60°C making it almost impossible to apply to the hair and even more difficult to wash out! Many dread waxes on the market have a high ratio of oil (many times petroleum based) to combat this problem, which more than often results in a balm that hasn’t enough firmness to do the job that it was intended for.

jaTaa Wax is a hard solid wax which naturally melts readily in the palm of your hand to a smooth transparent, almost liquid state, so it can be easily absorbed into your locks. As the wax cools it re-hardens to hold your dreads firmly from the inside out.

Formulated entirely from a blend of certified organic waxes, jaTaa Wax is ideal for young junior dreads and those with finer hair as it provides a strong, NON-GREASY & “gravity immune” hold!!!

This wax is available in neutral (no colour). Do you have black, brown or red dreads? Try jaTaa Clay instead!
