» Order fulfilment times are on top of quoted shipping times as given in the shipping estimate calculator. For most items we will have stock available and this is between 3-5 working days. However, please note that some items are custom or ordered from wholesalers outside Australia and as such may take extra time for us to be able to ship to you, and your patience is appreciated. In particular New Rock Boots may take up to 3 months to arrive though a usual time frame is approximately one month; if you are after current stock only, please telephone us during working hours [GMT +10] at +61 3 9642 3384 and we will inform you what we have currently available: this changes constantly and we cannot keep all sizes and styles available at all times. We work very hard to fulfil all the various aspects of our business and keep our clients happy, but delays do sometimes occur which are beyond our control. We strive for honesty and transparency in our business and that is why we state this information to you up front, instead of taking your money first and then apologising when "one item is temporarily out of stock" and on order for weeks or months, as I have experienced with many online merchants myself.

» Orders for custom goods made online will not be considered active and added to the custom orders queue until payment is made in full. Custom goods such as dreadlock falls can also take up to 2 months to be completed. We do occasionally fulfil rush orders, but you may find your order takes less than two months to be fulfilled anyway, you MUST email us before hand for confirmation that a rush order is available at the time of your order. Please note wool falls are much faster turnaround, but once again, at times we are under heavy demand and our orders sometimes get seriously backed up. Remember these are for custom goods only. In stock items will usually ship within a week.
» We are sorry, but we do not accept returns on any hair items due to the health regulations of most countries. Please choose your colours carefully and make your order with this in mind! If you are requiring an exact colour match, you can send a colour sample (hair or otherwise) to us (you MUST email to request this beforehand so we can let you know which store to send the sample to as we do online orders across out stores, not in one location). We will accept returns on hair dye, jewellery, clothing, but not boots unless an incorrect size or style, or damaged item was sent than the one ordered, due to the high wholesale cost of these items. If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and any fees required for the issuing of a refund [ie Paypal fees, money order costs] shall be taken from the refunded amount.
» Payments which do not reach us which you cannot prove have been made & can recover at your end are not our responsibility. Please do not send us money in any other form than those list as valid payment options.
» Insurance is highly recommended for all International orders - especially large/valuable ones. Please note that if you do not add insurance to your order it will not be insured and Wildilocks P/L will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order: it is entirely at your own risk. I have not yet had any items sent overseas or within Australia go astray whether they have been insured or not (though we have had a few orders returned to us which we sent to an address that was provided that was incomplete or incorrect at the fault of the customer), but there is always a first time.
